Last weekend, I did a little shopping on additional food for this week and I added Butter Garlic spread into my basket. It's actually really convenient if you ever wanted to make something buttery and garlicky and you dont know how. Well, try getting the spread instead of chopping a whole lum of garlic and putting on too much of butter while cooking.
All I did was just put a little bit of the spread and it tasted so good =D Most of the spread consisted of garlic anyways. As you can see..
Baked Butter Garlic Chicken
1 strip of medium chicken breast
1pc of tomato
1/2 table spoon butter garlic spread
salt, rosemary herbs & ground pepper.
1) Marinate chicken with salt, rosemary herbs, ground pepper & butter garlic spread.
2) Slice tomato into half and place them facing upwards around the plate.
3) Put everything into the oven for 30minutes, 220'c.
