Dimple Maggot cooks : Garlicky Garlic Bread


I've been making garlic bread since I was 14 and this is how I make them. They are superbly tasteful! Great for snacking or when you have unexpected visitors :D

Since I was making for 2 person, here are the methods.

Ingredients (2 pax serving) :

• 4pcs fresh bread
• salt
• 1 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (more if you like)
• 2 knobs of planta

Method :

Heat a small pan and, when it's nice and hot, add vegetable oil and garlic. Fry until browned all over. Put aside in a bowl.

Swipe planta onto bread. Place bread in baking pan. Spoon garlic over bread. Spread evenly. Sprinkle minimal salt over.

Place baking pan into oven, turn up heat to 150°C for 10mins.

Be very sure not to burn the bread! You may check in once in a while to have them at golden brown and not dark brown, yea!
