Shopping Fiesta

It's been quite a while since my last shopping post. As I recalled, it was shopping on9 at Miss OCD. Well, if I didnt post anything related to shopping, THAT doesnt mean I didnt shop! Who on earth born as a female doesnt shop? Shopping keeps us sane.

Anyway, I didnt manage to take any photos of them but if I so much as find the time to, I will definitely update them here.

Up Goes The Christmas Tree

Last weekend after Eashan's baptism, everyone in the family went over to grandma's house to put up the Christmas Tree!! It's actually an event everyone's excited about almost every year when Christmas is nearing. We'll all be busy decorating grandparent's house with their old decorations (they've been using the same ones every year!) and this year, Devon is finally big enough to walk and understand human language, so he joined in the fun!

Unfortunately, the photographer didnt take a picture of the Christmas Tree. Just of everyone who was at grandma's house.

Baked Butter Garlic Chicken

Last weekend, I did a little shopping on additional food for this week and I added Butter Garlic spread into my basket. It's actually really convenient if you ever wanted to make something buttery and garlicky and you dont know how. Well, try getting the spread instead of chopping a whole lum of garlic and putting on too much of butter while cooking.

All I did was just put a little bit of the spread and it tasted so good =D Most of the spread consisted of garlic anyways. As you can see..

Baked Butter Garlic Chicken

1 strip of medium chicken breast
1pc of tomato
1/2 table spoon butter garlic spread
salt, rosemary herbs & ground pepper.

1) Marinate chicken with salt, rosemary herbs, ground pepper & butter garlic spread.
2) Slice tomato into half and place them facing upwards around the plate.
3) Put everything into the oven for 30minutes, 220'c.

Sherlock Holmes

Yesterday I watched Sherlock Holmes, yeaah!! 2days earlier before the official screening of the movie in Malaysia and I enjoyed every bit of it! You have no idea how long it has been since I've set foot into a cinema watching something worth watching.

Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law really played great roles in this movie. Robert played Sherlock Holmes, a superbly genius investigator and Jude played Dr John Watson, a doctor who never misses any single detail. Oh, and I forgot to mention. Rachel Mc Adams is in the movie as well. She plays Arden, a theft expert.

Its really interesting to watch this movie because you'll never know what's gona happen and how the movie was set up gave me a very perculiar feeling of the olden days back in London. This is a movie everyone has to watch.

I'm One of Those

It totally sucks not being able to concentrate on my life other than spending all my free time checking up on my cafe world (that's my life now) on facebook! Recently, I havent been getting alot of work at the office so I was wondering what to do with so much free time. Then I saw this ad on Tiki Farm, an application on facebook which I soon realised that it was an online game. Something like Farmville (another game on fb), you are given stuff and seeds to plant your plants and blabla bla..not gona elaborate on that because I've now moved on to a much cooler game which is Cafe World.

I have this little cafe at the corner of a street and it is slowly growing as I cook. Well, not that its getting bigger day by day but in order to gain cafe money, cooking points and well, expand the cafe, all I've gota make sure is that I cook enough to serve the customers and also that my cafe is well organised so that my waiters, who are Sandra and Baby (teheee..) dont have to walk the extra mile to serve and clean and that will make the customers happy.

So anyway, yes I am now neglecting my whole life because of a game on So anyway, yes I am now neglecting my whole life because of a game on Facebook! Dont worry I'll be back!! Just give me a few more hours and I think I can blog again once my Onion Soup is done cooking. =P
